Kylie’s very first live album was recorded in
Sydney’s Capitol Theatre in July 1988 on her sold out ‘Intimate
And Live’ tour.
Featuring 21 tracks, the album showcased songs
from ‘Impossible Princess’ as well as Kylie’s
extensive catalogue of hits, including the now infamous torch rendition
of ‘I Should Be So Lucky’. Also included are a cover
of The Clash’s ‘Should I Stay Or Should I Go’ and a camper than ever rendition of the Abba classic, 'Dancing Queen',
which was issued as a radio-only single in Australia to promote
the album.
The live album was an Australia-only release and was accompanied by a home video featuring
the full length concert interspersed with behind-the-scenes footage. |
